The backstory
We started this site as a glorified "for sale" sign for an east-side condo in Salt Lake City. When we sold that awesome place, we purchased this place. Wow, did it ever need a lot of work. Check out our "after" pictures from the Center Street condo.
We spent 2009 designing and building a modern house in Salt Lake's 9th and 9th(ish) neighborhood. We are, happily, now residents of that house, and we love it.

woo hoo! Isn't it satisfying to see things happening?!!! I remember our crew was at our lot digging the foundation within an hour of receiving our building permit. It is so gratifying to watch your dream take shape. Its been really fun for Jacob and I to read your blog and kind-of re-live our design / building experience through you. We can't wait to see how it turns out.
