Unfinished basement I could use for a roller rink.

Lots and Lots and Lots of wrought iron. Like EVERYWHERE.

And crown molding.
Are you going to have any solar panels? If the site makes it a productive option, I'd probably put them in.
While we would love to have them, solar panels are such a big upfront expense that our very limited budget probably wouldn't allow it. Even if we could afford them, I'm not sure that we would be in the house enough years to break even on them, which isn't the only reason to do them, but I'm kind of a miser.
I understand. I keep hearing that cheaper solar power is on the way for consumers, hopefully that is sooner rather than later!
