Adventures in real estate
word to the wise- we are very familar with said racoons and you should not confront them without serious weaponry. they are very aggressive and not scared of you in the slightest. good luck!
have you seen "the soloist"? there is a part about hanging deer pee in trees to ward off raccoons that I think you guys need to see. very funny.
could be cats... which i hope for your sake
Yikes! You don't have a free-opening cat or dog door, do you? We had a raccoon in the backyard pine tree last year, just a baby one, and I was afraid it would follow the cats into the house. I've heard horror stories about them coming in through pet doors and wreaking havoc in your house.
We are pet free, so unless they have a lot of dexterity with their claws, they shouldn't be getting in our doors.
