With all this great weather lately, we have some serious yard envy.
We are currently looking at two lots, both in the general 9th-and-9th/Liberty Park areas. We're hopeful that we'll be able to get something soon, but in the meantime the posting will be light because we're just enjoying the completed condo and looking around for land.

Are they tear down lots or already barren? I didn't realize you could find stuff like that near 9th/9th.

Just last weekend, I met with the founders of a new company, Blu Homes. They were looking for land and places in SLC because they're about to announce some cool, affordable, natural, green, modern homes. If you find a lot, they're into the modern, green stuff and may be helpful, although I haven't read enough of your blog yet to figure out if you've already nailed down a grand plan.
